RMS HARDWARE BY MEASUREMENT AND MONITORING PARAMETERS

Monitoring your Critical Control Parameters (CCP) with our RMS monitoring system helps you to conform to GxP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11/EU Annex 11. Rotronic RMS measuring instruments are specially developed for our RMS monitoring system, ensure data integrity and can also be integrated into third-party systems Modbus TCP . They monitor and measure relative humidity, temperature, CO2 and differential pressure. These are the most important parameters in environmental monitoring. However, there are no limits to other applications: for example, solutions for monitoring light (lux) and oxygen, as described in the section “Miscellaneous”. Thanks to analog and digital interfaces, water detectors and door contacts (open/closed) or third-party products such as particle meters, webcams, warning lights, etc. can also be integrated very easily via Modbus TCP or JSON API. In addition to the RMS products, Rotronic offers further measuring instruments for various parameters.

  7. RMS Legionella Monitoring Starter Kit

The development of legionella in drinking water lines can be prevented by avoiding stagnations, a temperature range of 25 °C to 55 °C and biofilms on the insides of the pipes. Advance warning of risks can be obtained by logging temperature and flow velocity at critical points in the distribution system and evaluating the data.

  8. RMS Museum Starter Kit

Climate and light are both factors that influence the preservation of museum exhibits and archive material as they cause damage by accelerating chemical and biological degradation processes. The RMS Museum Starter Kit is perfect for central monitoring of critical parameters.
